HELP!!! Vent prolapse or vent gleet? (photo included)

My hen has a very stinky butt, have been washing her and applying preparation H for a couple of days. I am not sure if she also has a vent prolapse any help would be appreciated.

Gleet because of smell. Use a yeast infection cream to treat (pretty cheap at walmart or dollar store). Swelling should go down with treatment.
