Help w/ Field Fence Installation

I need to wait until right after the full moon to cement them in.

Actually it's better NOT to use cement.
The posts will shrink away from it and leave a space for water to enter, causing them to rot sooner

Just backfill and tamp with the soil you dig out, and set the posts DEEP

I use 8 ft telephone poles, with 4 ft in the ground

I considered not using cement. You may have talked me into it with this reason.

This is a good tutorial I have used before. I hope it helps! We are currently fencing 10 acres for a friend so we must have done a good enough job on ours
