Good Morning All,

This is my first post so be gentle please.

1 of our chickens a Sussex has been unwell for the last 2 days, she eats and drinks and grazes around the garden, her coup is cleaned out weekly but we have noticed that she has a green/white watery diarrea and she doesn't seem like her normal active self, she has not laid for a few months, We also have a wyndotte who has no signs or symptoms as per the Sussex and she is laying as normal.

Any help and assistance is greatly appreciated.

The green diarrhea is a sign that she is not eating well. Check her crop first thing in the morning when it should be flat and empty. If it is full and soft it might be sour crop, a fungal infection. If full and hard, it is maybe an impacted crop. If she has not laid in a long time, and is not molting, she may be having internal laying issues which is very common in hatchery chickens.
