help! waters froze over! need advice now!

so I have 4 pvc waters
(skip to 2:22 for waters)
they each have 2 water cups and on two cages one water cup froze over and the other two cages have froze over completely. I poured some water in them so they can drink a little. luckly today in missouri then the temp is going up to 50 fahrenheit today. what can I do to prevent this?

I have two heat lamps. One over my water and my Roost. Definitely need to hang properly and have all cords secure. I have an outdoor heavy duty extension cord with 3 plug-ins. It's plugged into my garage. Daily checks are done on the heat source.
Canadian winters are way too cold for my Bantams.
 
they sell really inexpensive bucket heaters on amazon. We use buckets with nipples so there is nothing to freeze in an outside cup and had zero issues. Also doesnt use much power to keep the water from freezing, just need to make sure the bucket doesn't empty cause it will run till it burns out. Have seen pics of melted buckets on line.
