HELP!! Weak Baby Chick

My Silkie chick just hatched around 12 PM this afternoon. She hatched out in more time then the others so we think she may be weak. She still has her umbilical cord stuck to her belly but it is not connected to her shell anymore. She does not have spraddle leg, but I am worried she will not be able to learn to walk...

Did she pull through? I’ve wanted to incubate but I’m too nervous.
