Help! Week old chick breathing heavily

Are you in the US? Corid is Amprollium and can also be sold under Ampromed, in Canada it's called Amprol, and in the UK it's called Coxoid. Amprollium treats all 9 strains of cocci, but Sulmet, Sulfadimethoxine, SMZ-TMP will also treat the worst strains. I doubt that it is cocci this young, but I may be wrong.
Can I mix that into the vitamins I already added to their water?
Yes.

Yes I am in Arizona I live in a small town and we don't even have our own feed store anymore the nearest one to me doesn't sell corid and I doubt he sells aprolium under another name either since he would have recommended that to me since it was the owner I talked to. I think the only thing that's even close is medicated chick feed. I will add electrolytes with the vitamins tomorrow since they're winding down towards bedtime. I am also leaning away from it being cocci because of the incubation time since I have made sure the brooder was cleaned every other day at least. All of the chicks seems to be laying around more today but I may just be reading too much into it since they run around like crazy when I come in. One of them even jumped in the air and drop kicked one of the others so they're still spunky to say the least. The sick one still seems to be eating and drinking or at least trying (still pecking at food and such) and I have been giving it drops of water off of my finger a few times today just to make sure it stays hydrated. It had a bit more poop stuck to its bum (not a lot though) and I cleaned it off, but it looked like a normal solid stool. I guess it's just a waiting and hoping game at the moment. Hopefully it just got a bit cold last night and it needed an extra pick me up.

The baby is stumbling around quite a bit today and I bought corid. Will it do any harm to treat without knowing for sure that it's cocci? What is the proper dose of corid 9.6% oral liquid?

Dosage is 2 tsp or 9.6 ml of the liquid per gallon of water or 1/2 tsp per quart. I would go ahead and treat it if it still off. Is it drinking enough on it's own? If you start it, you can give it a drop or two of undiluted Corid to get a head start. I would keep up with dipping it's beak to push fluids. Offer little bits of egg to eat.
