Here is treatment article, you are doing fine. Keep in warm environment until wounds healed and temps above freezing. Monitor for infection. Refreezing causes more damage. Make sure feet return to normal body temp.
Dress with gauze and vet wrap if have keeping toes separate. Consult vet if able. Full injury will be appreciated in 3-6 weeks. Keep injury areas clean and dry. If signs of infection need antibiotic.

A chicken can have blackened dead tissue from frostbite and will lose those areas. Just let slough away on own. If walking a challenge make sling for chicken and keep food and water in front of chicken so do not have to get up. Walking on frostbitten feet is discouraged as worsens the injury.

I think why it keeps freezing is that He has had runny poop and it was under his foot stuck and froze

Actually any chicken is at risk for frostbite in freezing temps and especially feathered leg and unfeathered breeds. Frostbite has more to due with freezing temps, moisture, and areas like extremities that have decreased circulation where moisture often rests. Moisture is derived from manure and chickens breathing in addition to air quality. Keep clean dry well insulated and ventilated housing.

That is what I thought at first but he is the only one with this problem all my other birds are in the same area and nothing has happened to them I will try to remove more moisture and also are there any side effects of me moving him out of the area with the other birds so he can recover
