Hi,
There's this bump/lump under one of my Roosters feet,
He has to hop to run and walk. This is preventing him flying up in the tree to roost. He's 4 years old (human years).
Can anything help it go away? It's only on 1 of his feet.

Do you know how long it's been that way? I'm just wondering if that is possibly an extra toe, or part of an extra deformed toe. In your picture where it's circled, at the top, it looks like a scale or part of a toenail maybe? Kind of looks like it's been that way, not swollen like it's something new. Does it feel like it has bone in it, or just fleshy? Just thought I'd put that out there, deformities happen. I circled what I'm referring to on the picture below. Maybe I'm way off base, that that was my first reaction.

Only recently I've noticed this. Like it happened a month ago.
He was walking normal and his comb was held normal in the air.
Then all of a sudden his comb dropped and that's when he started limping all of a sudden.
I touched it and it feels hard and soft altogether. Is it really a deformity?
Never seen this happened ever?

I'm just making a guess, there are all kinds of deformities that can happen. If it's an extra toe it has likely been there for a long time. Maybe something happened, he landed hard off a roost or something, that made him limp, and you noticed the bump. Since I can't see or feel it, I'm just guessing. An x-ray might answer the question, if it has bone in it. I have seen extra toes, not exactly like this.
Just for some examples, here is a link to a thread with a chick that has two extra legs.

Here is a three legged chick:
Somewhere there was a thread with a chick that had a foot coming out of it's head (if my memory serves), haven't been able to find it.
May not be what it is, but that was my first impression.

I also wondered about the small piece of tissue being an extra toe tip, so I am glad that @coach723 has suggested the possibility of it being a deformity. If vet care is available, the foot could be xrayed and treated.
