What’s wrong with Light Brahma Rooster’s feet?

Hi everyone, I’m new to this page. Help me identify if there’s anything wrong with my rooster’s (his name is Wellington) feet. He hops along and has trouble getting on things—perches, steps etc. he looks as though he is unbalanced and unsure when climbing on things. He’s coming up on five years old. His legs have looked this way for some time now…
