Help! What’s wrong with my duck

I have a fully grown female Buff Orpington duck who has her neck all curved like an S and seems to be a bit disoriented. Having trouble swimming like her legs are stiff. What could this be? Does this sound like a niacin deficiency or infection? Or something else? Thanks I appreciate any suggestions!

I have separated her from the flock. It looked like she had a white foamy eye this morning but the whiteness now seems to be gone. Put a little apple cider vinegar in her water. She also has watery diarrhea. Poor ducky. I will try to post a video...

Is her neck stiff or floppy? have you felt her neck to see if she has something stuck? can she drink and eat okay?

Her eye is definitely full of foam now, not seen in this video. I’m thinking upper respiratory infection

No crest, she free ranges outside near our pond. I also throw them some corn and oats. I do not give her niacin ... maybe I should be
