Help!! What am I doing wrong?

I have 30 5 wk old chicks now but I had a similar problem with mine at the start. Losing one or more daily. After a couple of days some of them pasted up and I did my best to keep up on that. Then at about 1 1/2 wks old I stopped losing chicks. They have all been really healthy since.

I had the same thing happen too, my light wasn't low enough, they weren't warm enough, Mcmurray told me that the shock of the travel sometimes does that if you don't have them warm enough and put sugar in the water for them. also drafts.
sorry about your losses. I lost sultans and a polish they were small and kept falling over, when I lowered the light it was too late for them, but the rest were ok.
