Help! What breed and is this a cockerel??

Can anyone identify this chick and tell if it is a cockerel?? He/she is about 4 weeks old and is definitely the dominate one in the group.

That does look like a roo. Seems like a big pink comb. Looks like a Rhode Island Red.

I don't think he/she is a RIR, he is black with a yellow head and white tips on his wings.

I think it's a roo it looks like an Austerlorp but it's hard to tell it could be a mix?

This is him/her. When you spread the wings out, there are a few white feathers
