Help! What breed and sex are these chickens?

Hello everyone, OK so we got two chickens and one chicken seems to be laying small whitish colored eggs and the other one does not seem to be laying. The one that is not laying seems to be quite mean. I am not sure if it is a rooster or not. I will attach some photos so you can see and maybe give me an opinion about what you think. I am not sure which one is Laying and I do not know the breed of them. I need your help! I originally thought they were Easter Eggars but now I am not sure.. We just added a speckled Sussex and that is laying eggs. The first picture seems to be the one that we “think” Is laying eggs and the one that is roosting in the cage we think might be the rooster because it it does not seem to be laying we “think”.

Looks like an Old English Game Fowl hen to me.

The one that is not laying seems to be quite mean.

Game birds can have temperaments closer to wild birds (like pheasants) or fighting cocks, and can be quite aggressive sometimes. They're not really intended as laying hens.

They are both females. They are games, Old English and the other is an American Game.

If it is a female I wonder why it’s not laying? Is it broody? I don’t have a rooster so I’m not sure how she will hatch eggs ‍

You'll know if she's broody if she stays for hours in the nest box, puffs up when you approach and growls at you.

She's probably just not there yet.

White legs is the Old English, slate legs is the American.

She just isn't laying yet.

1 of mine started laying September, another started laying late October.
