Several breeds could look like that.
McMurray hatchery has decent pics and lots of videos of chicks, you might look around there and see if anything matches. Just remember, that chipmonk pattern is the most common one on new babies and can turn into lots of things.

EE chicks are not that uniformly colored. Brown Leghorns and Welsummers both have yellow legs. Hmmmm... What could they be?

Yeah, I saw it after I posted my original and then read yours. I think you are right. They do look like Speckled Sussex.
