Help! What breeds are these?

So just today me and friend decided to get two more chicks for our flock. I got them both from Ace Hardware and the people there told me that there was only one Barred Rock left and the rest were Black Australopes so I got the last Barred Rock. But I'm not entirely sure if they were right or not. I need your advice. The top one's supposed to be a Barred Rock chick and the other a Australope.

My vote's australorp.
It has pinkish white legs while barred rocks typically have yellow legs.
Barred rocks have a white spot on head on their chick down.
Also, it's not barred

The top one is the Australorp. Not sure if pictures are out of order for me, but it is the one with the white/yellow face and chest; that's extended black chick down, so would fit with an Australorp thus far.

The bottom one is barred, has the head-spot, and you ought to see barring coming through in the feathers soon enough; I can just about see it in the wing. It does, however, have pink legs, as @puffypoo22 noticed (I would've missed it otherwise). Cuckoo Marans maybe?

I love buying a chicks at feed stores! It's like Christmas, you really don't know what your getting. But it's always FUN.
