Help What Do I Do !!!!!! Broodie On Day 25!!!!!!

i HAVE a broodie silkie that is on day 25 1st chick hatched day 20 and nothing since 3 more eggs under her what should i do??????????????

I would gently remove the eggs and candle them to see if they are still viable.
Were the eggs all placed under at the same time?
I know this may seem silly to ask but my first broody had hens laying eggs on top of her after setting her clutch and I ended up with a hatch that took 7 days to hatch 8 chicks.
