Help what do I do with small infection from scaly leg?

I have a chicken named Luna who has something that looks like leg mites but there are no mites but she is developing spurs. My other birdie Ray Ray went through the same thing. Her legs look healthy and are smooth again. Luna is still in the process of being taken care of. She had one scale wrapped close to her toe joint that looked like it was pinching her toe in too much. It was loose so I took it of carefully. There was a small amount of pus under the scale and a sore. Skin was kind of yellowish going towards the tip. I bandaged it up and sprayed it with Vetericyn and put a no-painreliever Neosporin on it and bandaged it with some clean gauze and tape from my fist aid kit. She seems to have no problems with the bandage but I am still concerned about the infection. I have been gently cleaning her scales with iodine to prevent infection like her vet explained with Ray Ray. I have also been redressing the toe with clean bandages and Neosporin and Vetericyn spray. Unfortunately Dr. Falcon is the only vet who can take care of chickens and he is out of the office for the week. And the only avian specialist, Barb, who takes care of tropical birds is sick. What should I do? What should I feed her in case of an infection? Please help. I will attach a photo of the toe after another bandage change.

I would soak the feet in diluted betadine or chlorhexidine.
Let dry, then apply a very thin layer of neosporin.

Keep her on clean bedding like puppy pads and change those out frequently. Don't wrap the feet.

Looks like she may lose toes.

Oh ok where do I find betadine or chlorhexidine?

i use pure lavender essential oil for skin/feet problems in my girls and have had success. i apply it directly to wound at least twice daily..... you could do a soak using warm water and a few drops of oil, then pat dry and apply some of the oil to the area.
