Sorry I missed your reply. It looks like it is Godborg, not Godburg. I get a whole lot less Whoopie Goldburg when I google godborg. Best I can tell it is a new breed available or soon to be available in the UK.

The Godborg (sometimes called Godberg) was developed right here in Western Australia by a local butcher by the name of Graham Goddard-Burgher.(sp?)

I had the pleasure of chatting to him at the Midland Junction Poultry Society Auction today, where I bought two lovely Godborg hens to go with my handsome rescued Godborg rooster. When I showed him pictures of my roo, he said he is an excellent example of the breed and will make gorgeous little 'Borgs (his name is Loquetus) ;-)

I'll post pictures as soon as they're out of the quarantine coop. So excited!
