HELP !! What is that pus and crystals about??

Sometimes even with movement you can have a bad egg. We have had some that have tried to hatch and if they don't hatch in time explode chick and all~ I would say open the top slowly and carefully and not to put it back in with the others. If it does explode then all your other eggs have a chance of going bad. It is already ucky then their is something wrong because that is not a normal hatch. Are you sure of your hatch date? This is just my 2 cents it is your chick do what your gut is telling you to do....

befor u just CRUSH it ... try and save it out of the shell... that way u can take it out andnot kill it... if it is yucky...

I think what you have here is the chick has pip and the fluid is seeping because during incubation the egg didnt lose enough weight. The fluid is turning into a crystal as it dries, and you might see air bubbles coming out too, it will drown the chick. I would make the hole bigger tilt the egg just to drain enough. Let us know whats going on?
