It looks like fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes that lasts several weeks. Leave the scabs alone. Any scabs near the eyes would need some Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin into the eyes twice a day to help prevent a secondary eye infection. It looks likemher right eye may be glued shut by secretions and crust, so I would use a warm wet compress or flush with saline or water to open the eyes. Here is some reading:

Thank you! That's what it looks like to me also. I have a white satin hen from the same coop that has been droopy and lethargic. She is in quarantine/brooder separated from the others. Do you think the issue could be related?

Sometimes they can get wet pox inside the beak and throat that can cause problems with eating and drinking. Look inside her beak and throat for any yellow lesions. I would also look at her droppings, note if she has been laying any eggs, check her crop to make sure that it empties overnight by morning, and look her over for mites or lice. Is she eating and drinking? Have you tried giving her any elctrolytes or something like Poultry NutriDrench as a boost?
