HELP!!!!!!!! what is this???? what do I do about it?

Looks to me like an injury. It's not all over the comb. 90% looks good. This looks like another roo got him or he scratched it against something. I wouldn't panic on no disease, unless it get's worst and there is no other contact from a roo.,.
x2 That was my first thought; pecked or an injury. I dont believe it's favus.

Looking better, at least from the recent photos! I suspect that it was simply an injury, caused either by another bird or from him scratching his comb/wattles against something--things like that happen to chickens all of the time. Probably not favus; at least in my experience, whiteness on the comb is caused by the comb being dry.

In my experience with chickens when I was young is that there are few things that the chickens body can't take care of themselves as long as they have a good clean healthy environment. Give them a chance to heal and they most likely will all by them selfs. But be watchfull and don't let it get out of hand. In my opinion if we medicate when it's not necessary we decrease the effectiveness of that medication. So don't medicate if you don't have to.

Its looking better. I have been washing him down more and I think I did see him scratching his comb with his feet. So idk what that's about.

Haha, maybe healing wounds with scabs tend to itch for chickens, just as they can itch for us.

And I definitely agree with jonsccm!
