HELP WHAT IS THIS!?!?

I woke up this morning to find this on my silkys foot what is this and how to I treat it I am very worried he is walking normally but I’m worried this can spread.

Looks like bumblefoot to me with some of the top layer of scab coming off.
There are lots of articles and posts on BYC about how to treat bumblefoot with footpaths, drawing salves etc.

It could be bumblefoot with a peeled scab. You can soak the feet in warm soapy water for about 15 minutes. Sometimes there can be a solid core of pus inside that can be squeezed out if it is advanced. Dry the foot and then I would apply a 2x2 gauze pad with Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment and warp the foot in strips of vet wrap. Change it daily. This video shows how to apply the bandage:
