Help my hen/rooster has a bump on his/her bottom rib cage, one of my previous hens was all inflated it the same spot she didn't make it, so this has very much boosted my worrys.

It that is right over the keel or breastbone/sternum, it may be a breast blister from pressure over the boney prominence. If it is a breast blister, it can form an abscess if not treated. Apply Betadine or Hibiclens to clean a breast blister and pad her roost. Is she on a rough roost bar, or lying down on the ground a lot more than usual. If bedding is damp or soiled, that can also cause breast blisters. Is she moving around okay? Are her feet or ankles swollen or painful?

His/her feet are ok, walking ok, I don't think it's been laying on the ground, and the roost is wood (square)
