I have been lucky not to have any problems so I don't know what to tell you other than maybe add PIC to the title of this post to get more attention.
Edited to add: I looked at the photo again and realized I was looking at it wrong. Just keep an eye on it and keep it clean. I had one do that for about a day and then it cleared up.

Looks like his poop is sticking. Rinse it off with warm water and put some vasaline on it.

My Silkies do this all the time. The poop gets stuck on their butt feathers. I just wash them off with really warm water.....about every couple days
