Help. What is wrong with my chicks?

Morning update: all 4 are alive still! I’d say the 2 Swedish Flower Hens and the Marans are out of the woods! The Ayam Cemani is the only one that still seems to be struggling but she ate and drank all on her own this morning so I’m cautiously optimistic.

Thanks for asking. The Ayam Cemani didn’t make it in the end, but the 3 survivors are all alive and well. They’ll be 9 weeks on Tuesday! Not such little babies anymore. Here’s a pic from a week ago. I think the black one (Black Copper Marans) is a cockerel and the other 2 (Swedish Flower Hens) are pullets. I didn’t plan on having a rooster but after our ordeal I’m pretty attached. He will be staying as long as he’s a nice boy!

Yeah I got a batch of 10 to replace my lost babies. They are 3 weeks now and no losses thus far.
