I think they wanted to know their quality. I'm not expert, but they don't look to be in good show condition right now. The first bird's ail is missing quite a few feathers.

The type and coloration of your birds seem pretty good. However, I would not show the first one. She appears to be missing quite a few feathers. Number 2, though, looks fine to show.
