HELP! What kind of chicken is this, she has changed cheek color

We have a white ( mostly wh w/ some black mixed in mostly on the tail. When she was young her cheeks were blue now their whitesh blue. She has a bright red bumpy "comb" and the googly things that hang down on her face.There r fethers on her feet too. I keep saying "her" but I really don't know! How can I tell? What kind of bird is this?

I think if you post a picture it will be a lot easier to help. Where did you the chick from? I would look at http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/ And see if you see any chicks that look like yours.
