HELP!! what kind of chickens do I have??

I have these two black chickens that I bought in September. They are both black one is a hen that doesn't lay I don't know why and one is a rooster they are soul mates. I was hoping someone could help me and figure out what breed they are.

Yeah black wyandottes. Both seem young, could be she was up to this point, too young to lay eggs.. however her comb color seems to be deepening so it should not be very long before first eggs.
