help....what kind of duck is this?

I adopted two call ducklings a couple of weeks ago. I was told I really should get a third duckling, in case anything happens to one. Saw this little guy on cl needing a home asap. They had no idea what kind, said it was about a month old (no idea of sex. I am also unsure of the sex of my call ducks.) I have them together. But someone told me I should not keep it with my calls, as it will kill them when it grows up. Is that true? I already love it, but do not want to risk anything happening to my little calls. Anyone have any idea what kind it is, and can I keep it safely with my calls? I cannot do a separate enclosure. That is also the enclosure they will go in. It is 14' x 8' x 4'.

now I haven't raised call ducks but me and my family have raised ducklings with chicks and they have done just fine and as you know chicks are much smaller than ducks. The only problem that you would have that I can think of is if there is more than one drake in the bunch.

Thanks. I am not sure of the sex of any of them, although from the noise the calls make, thinking they are both female, as I have been told female calls are much noisier/louder then the males. But then, never having had ducks before, nothing to compare it to, either.

Think you are right. Now have to wait and see if I have males or females, as I do not know the sex of any of them. Thank you.
