HELP what kind of worm ?

can anyone please tell me what kind of worm this is and how to get rid of it? I found it in my chickens water can today. Is it transferable to pets and people? Any help or advice is very much needed. Thanks

If you found it in the water, it probably fell from the sky or the bedding.
Are you thinking its a chicken parasite?
