Help what should i do??

If the mother is no longer setting on eggs she will not accept any new chicks. She will we them as a threat and try to kill them. I had a hen who had only one successful hatch and she raised that chick by herself. The chick stayed rate with her mother for about a year until her mother went broody again. The chick did fine by herself. Trying to put more chicks just does not work, but the mother staying with the chick by herself will be enough company.

The new chicks won't view mama as mama. They won't know how to listen to her and won't know to go to her for warmth.

Out of curiosity...... Why use an incubator when you had a broody?

You will be raising the new chicks as mom is very very unlikely to accept them.

I had as bantam with 2 week old chicks when my order of chicks arrived. She went nuts trying to get to them when they cried. I did not allow her access for a few reasons.
First the age difference....they would need more warmth from her then her older chicks.
Second....they were so much smaller that the others would be likely to peck at them.
Third....mom already had as job to do.

Would she have accepted them? No way of knowing as I did not try.

I would not recommend trying it since mom already said no.
