HELP! What should I feed a gosling until I can get its proper food?

Just the yoke? I mean he's on gosling food but the people from The wildlife place told me I can bring him in on Monday but they're packed so it might just be better if I file for the proper permitting, I'm just trying to figure out what the proper permitting is!

I add yolk (hard boiled) over there wet crumbles for the first week. for all my goslings and ducklings. Everything they need is in it. After all that is what they live on before they hatch. My dog loves the whites.
