Help! What type of bird is this spunky little one?

8 weeks old
pure black except for a grey fuzzy belly and neck.
No tail feather development yet just fuzz.
Dark legs
yellow comb
starting of small waddles

any idea on breed and gender?

It could be a Black Australorp. It is too early to tell the sex.
