HELP WHAT WENT WRONG?!

I have 30 chicken eggs in the incubator, seven hatched over the last three days. I confirmed today that three of my eggs that had piped died. Pics below, be warned, very sad? What went wrong? I’m on day 22 now, will the rest hatch? No more have piped yet?

Did you open the incubator to take out the other chicks that had already hatched while these were pipping? If so, you may have shrink-wrapped these little babies.

That might have been what happened with the green but not the last two, they just died. The thing that confused me was that the humidity never dropped when I opened to incubator, it stayed at a stable 70%
