HELP! What's wrong with her leg?

She was limping a little. Then it got worse. She could barely walk. I took her inside to care for her. There is no obvious injury on the leg. But she seems to be in pain and she can't put that leg under her. It was always weirdly stretched out to the side.
What should I do?

Just researched on Marek. She is the only one sick. We have 40 chickens. I will watch the others closely. But I think it's unlikely since Marek is highly contagious.
