Help! What's wrong with this baby?

I have given to weak chicks raw yogurt (we have a milk cow), but I think organic yogurt would work great. Don't know if it would have made any difference since he was very weak.

Thank you everyone for the kind thoughts and well wishes. I know he's in a better place now. The hardest part was having both the kids wake up and instantly ask about him, and then having to break the news. I doubt that part ever gets easy. But he was loved and held, and got a chance to get out of the bator before he died, and I think that's important. Next time I stay out of the bator. If it's their destiny to not hatch, then I will not interfere. That won't be easy either. But I have 14 beautiful little fluffy butts to love and raise, and another batch due the 9th, so I'm trying to enjoy the ones I have. But that little sweetheart did find a place in my heart, and I don't think he'll ever leave.

Im not sure about it getting easier, but it is easier to let nature happen than it is for me to have to do the deed. Im a big softy when it comes to baby animals. As long as they are not suffering I dont wanna have to do IT! I thought mine might make it with a lil help. Unfortunately they never dried right. I gave them baths in warm water to remove some of the egg stuff. They just never got much better. Soon they stopped responding to feed and water. They would just sit and cry or sleep. I knew they would just starve so I was Forced to do it. I hated it! But Atleast I tried. After looking back I figured out that some just are not ment to make it. Nature does things for a reason. So next time I will just let it happen and only step in if in pain or suffering. I am so Sorry for your loss!!! I totally understand. We try so hard to be the perfect parent. We make everything pefect to give them the best chance to make it. So we just have to trust mother nature to know who is strong enough to live and who has something wrong and shouldn't. It's hard to accept but there is a reason for the way things happen. Enjoy you new Fuzzy Butts!!! They won't stay that way long. LOL Take lots of pics!!!!!!!!
and smile!!!
