HELP! whats wrong with this chick? Cocci? graphic pics.

I noticed this chick tonight when I went to give them water. It has been pecked bald on the top of the head! I don't know why, they have food and water and a big enouh brooder.

Strange white poo coming out of the vent. Is it Cocci? are all the birds in that area going to be killed?

Take it out and separate it from the others. Observe it for awhile and keep it away from the others till it heals.

I'm by no means an expert, but I've come to associate white fluid-covered feathers around the vent, and an essentially 'dirty' appearance in the same area with E.Coli excess/infection.

Glenda L. Heywood has given instructions on how to treat this on a few of the recent threads, if you want to take a look at it. It's nothing that would hurt her anyway, I believe it was giving Vitamin E tablets mixed with probiotics. At any rate giving her some plain yogurt wouldn't hurt. Also I swear by apple cider vinegar, it's an awesome immune system booster.
