Help! Wheezing baby chick

Yesterday i got some new chicks. I noticed some sneezing from time to time but no big deal. Tonight one if the spotted sussex is wheezing but acting normal. What do i do? Everyone is acting normal so not sure :/
 
I added some nutri drench to the water for now because thats all i have besides corid. They all are acting totally normal running around eating and drinking so not sure
