My girl is 2 years old and she is wheezing. Could this be from cold? thank you help me Should i isolate her and start her on medicine

It sounds like a Respiratory Infection which needs to be treated with antibiotics.

Sometimes it's just best to cull the infected bird. Most of the time, the respiratory problem will come back later. (during stress, cold, crowding...).
