HELP!!!!! wheezing difficulty breathing

I just walked into the coop and I have a 14 week old EE pullet wheezing. Both in and out. I don’t have a vet that treats chickens but would probably get me medicine if I knew what to ask for. I don’t know if she will make it. I’d like to try. I’ve been searching for an answer but it is taking too much time.

Is she gasping with an open beak or in severe distress? It might be stridor, a loud sound made when a small piece of feed gets stuck in the throat or airway. It sometimes can be due to swelling or mucus in the airway from a respiratory disease, but you then might see other symptoms, such as watery/foamy eye, nasal drainage, swelling of the eyelid, or sneezing. Stridor from a piece of feed usually goes away in a few hours or overnight. Hopefully, it is nothing serious. Be sure to look inside her beak and throat for any gunk or mucus. Open beak. Up moving around when she has to. I had a heck of a time catching her! No other issues. No mucus, watery eyes, discharge etc. I considered maybe something caught in her throat but I can’t see or feel it. Sometimes louder and some times barely noticeable. It’s just happened in the last few hours.
