help - when should I assist no external pip yet??

I'm so worried, please help. My duck eggs are now day 27, internal pip was over 24 hours ago. should I make an external pip hole for them? when should I be legitimately worried?

What breed are the ducks are they
Some ducks take longer to hatch

They are call ducks

There only on day 27 and
Call ducks hatch from day 26-28 so I wouldent go near them
Let them alone for a day or so and hope that the start to externally pip.
