Help ! Where can I find sand for coop?

In Pennsylvania I found sand to be fine spring to fall, but it freezes in winter, then stops turning and is a mess. I'm going for deep litter in run this year.

Since I'm in Georgia I'm not too concerned with freezing , but good to know .
