I have a trio and a pair of shamos and was wondering if i should put them all together and sell one of the cockerels so i have one flock in one house rather than two

You're the only one who can answer that question. How much room do you have? How many coops do you want to clean? How much work do you want to put into your chicken keeping? How many feeders and waterers to you want to clean? How many chickens do you want to have? Do you want to get rid of one of your roosters?

Sounds to me like you know one of your roosters is higher quality for breeding and you want to get rid of the lesser roo.

So get rid of the lesser roo and start the process for integrating all the hens.

Put them in side by side pens so they get used to seeing each other for a few weeks then let them together to work it out.
