Help! Why does my hen keep laying eggs like this?

One of my hens keeps laying these eggs that have a ripple almost in them. I had another hen who was egg bound and needed assistance and the egg she finally passed had same sort of ripple. Like a pressure indentation of sorts. But I haven’t noticed anything strange about the behavior of the hen that keeps laying these eggs? Are they hurting her? Is there something I can do? Excuse the dirt under my nails, I’m spring cleaning our coop and found another one of hers like this

Thank you! Explains a lot I didn't know. I still wonder why she's doing on a consistent basis. Need to watch her in the evenings to see if she's having any problems with the others that could be causing her stress to crack it?
