Help..why is my hen acting strange??

Hello, my chickens (we have 4 hens 1 rooster) are about 6 months old. I have one hen who doesn't want to come out of the coop, and when she does she acts really ticked off her feathers are puffed around her shoulders/neck and she acts like she doesn't want anyone near her. She does come out eventually to join the other chickens but she looks possessed when she walks slowly and giving you the evil eye lol. I was thinking maybe she's going to start laying? Its definitely strange behavior because our chickens are hand raised and normally very friendly with our children and we hope she's not getting sick??Thank you!

Could you post a picture? To me, it sounds like she is getting sick. Are there any other symptoms, like sneezing, discharge, diahrea, or thinness?

There is no diarrhea sneezing or anything like that, and she might be eating less but she doesn't look thin to me. I'll post a pic when she comes in the coop tonight.
