help why is rosies comb got purple spots in it??????????????

    i came home from town today (my chickens free range 97% of the time) anyway rosey my buff orpington she had some purple in her comb when i let them out this afternoon. hubby had something to run do so he put them up cause i wasnt here. what does this mean please?
