Help, why is sexing so hard for me?

Okay, so I've been raising coturnix quail for about a year. I still cannot consistantly feather sex my adults. I separated my flock and Idetified 7 males to keep. Now I have 3 eggs in the "males" cage. Any good sources for photo ID you could reccomend?

Are they all pharaoh? Some birds are harder to feather sex than others, and there are varieties that aren't feather sexable at all.
