I posted this in the duck forum, but thought I'd post here as well. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
Waddles was not acting herself yesterday. Just didn't want to be her usual active self by chasing the other ducks. I noticed she was holding her wing down. Brought her in the house and she has a very obvious lump.
The lump is located right on the bone, so it's hard to tell if it's hard or soft, whether I'm feeling bone or the actual lump. It does feel warm to the touch and when I feel the underside of the lump, that feels soft and squishy. I pulled her wing out and it seems to have normal range of motion, even though it seems like this might cause her distress.
Aside from this, she is eating fine, pooping, quacking...she wants so badly to go play, but is obviously inhibited by the pain.
