Help with age and colors?

We have 4 Orpington chicks that were picked out straight run. This is our first time with this breed. We thought they were all similar in age, but as it’s been 3 weeks now, at least 1 seems a good amount older than the rest. I’ve looked at a lot of age progression pictures but am having a hard time nailing it down.
Also hoping for some insight on what the colors might be? I haven’t been able to find anything that looks similar to the brown ones or the darker gray.
Don’t mind the box, we are working on cleaning it out and getting them into a larger space. Thank you in advance!

I can tell you right now that I'm pretty sure 3 of those.arent orpingtons.

3 is the only orpington, the rest are likely mixes.

Color pattern is still wrong for the silver. The other two I can't say since I've never seen male welsummer chicks. I'm thinking 1,2,4 are all just EEs

4 is without a doubt a male, regardless of breed

Where did you get them? Most of them are either orpington mixes or orpington color mixes.

They’re from a local farm. I have not had good luck as much as I want to support local
