Ooooh, I want to try the baking soda/vinegar treatment on the ant mounds in my yard! I bet it would work with the cheap white vinegar too. Now that my formerly favorite treatment, 5% Sevin dust, is being restricted I need to find another easy & effective treatment.
I'm hesitant to release nematodes in my yard, the local populations of them already cause trouble in my garden, I'd be concerned that after they ate up the ants they'd come looking for something else to destroy.
